REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, Halted Tech does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Every PC is hand-built, tested, and optimized specifically for your order. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or incorrect component selection by the customer.

2. Order Cancellation

We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations after this window may be subject to a 20% restocking and labor fee at our sole discretion.
  • Once a PC has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

While we do not offer refunds, we fully stand behind our craftsmanship. If your PC arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly out of the box (Dead on Arrival), you are covered.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@haltedtech.com.
  • We will arrange for the repair or replacement of any defective components at no cost to you under our Warranty Policy.

4. Warranty Support

Your PC is protected by our 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty. If you encounter hardware issues after the initial delivery window, please contact us for troubleshooting and RMA assistance.

Note: This warranty covers hardware defects only. It does not cover software issues (like game bugs or viruses) or accidental physical damage.
