We ship our rigs Canada-wide directly from our Toronto HQ. Since we are 100% Canadian-based, you will never get hit with unexpected border duties, hidden customs fees, or international shipping delays.

Our Pre-Built systems are boxed up and shipped within 48 hours. Transit times are typically 1-2 business days within Ontario, and 3-5 business days across the rest of Canada. You'll get a tracking number the second it leaves our bench.

For Custom Quotes, expect an additional 5-10 business days for sourcing parts, building, and our rigorous stress-testing process.

Absolutely. Every single Halted's Tech rig includes a rock-solid 1-Year Warranty covering both Parts and Labor. If a component fails under normal use, we replace it. Beyond that, you get lifetime technical support—meaning if you ever need help troubleshooting, upgrading, or optimizing your system years down the line, we are just an email or chat away.

You sure can. If a pre-built is almost perfect but you want more RAM, a larger SSD, or a different GPU, shoot us an email at support@haltedstech.com before you check out. We will swap the parts and send you a custom invoice so you get exactly what you want.

Yes! We are based right here in Scarborough (Toronto). If you want to grab your rig in person, avoid shipping times, or even just see some of our hardware before pulling the trigger, reach out to schedule a drop-in. We’d love to hand over your new PC personally.

We do! If you are local to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we accept trade-ins to help fund your upgrade. Send us a message with your current PC's exact specifications, and we will evaluate it and offer you a credit toward your new Halted's Tech build.
