Where do you ship?
We ship our rigs Canada-wide directly from our Toronto HQ. Since we are 100% Canadian-based, you will never get hit with unexpected border duties, hidden customs fees, or international shipping delays.
What is the turnaround time for a PC?
Our Pre-Built systems are boxed up and shipped within 48 hours. Transit times are typically 1-2 business days within Ontario, and 3-5 business days across the rest of Canada.
Is my system covered by a warranty?
Every Halted Tech rig includes a 1-Year Warranty covering parts and labor, plus lifetime technical support.
Can I modify the specs of a Pre-Built?
Yes. Contact us before checkout and we can help customize RAM, storage, graphics, and other compatible components.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Scarborough, Toronto by appointment.
Do you accept PC trade-ins?
We accept eligible trade-ins from customers in the Greater Toronto Area. Contact us with your current PC specifications for an evaluation.
